Sonakshi Sinha upset with fake poster

Internet pranksters seem to be stuck on her. While a few months ago, it was a morphed bikini picture of actor Sonakshi Sinha on a magazine cover, this time, a fake poster of her upcoming film Rowdy Rathore is doing the rounds online. Even though the poster doesn’t feature her, she is
aghast. “Aiiiyo! Fake poster of Rowdy Rathore going around. Don’t fall for it,” tweeted the 24-year-old on Wednesday afternoon.
No official poster of film,  which also stars Akshay Kumar and is being co-produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ronnie Screwvala, has been unveiled so far.
“We haven’t released any poster for Rowdy Rathore yet. The poster that is doing the rounds on the web is fake; it’s spam,” said a spokesperson for the film’s makers, UTV.
The movie is the third remake of the Telugu film Vikramarkudu, and is helmed by Tollywood superstar Prabhu Deva.
It shot off with a dance sequence on August 10. Sinha, who features in the track, is thrilled about the film. “I’m really looking forward to it. This is my second film with Akshay after Joker, and I enjoy working with him. He is a big prankster on the sets, but a great co-star,” she says.
After Shirish Kunder’s Joker, which opens later this year, she has her kitty full of plump projects such as Race 2, Son of Sardar and Kick.
Not the first time
In December last year, Sonakshi Sinha posed for the cover of a men’s magazine in a black dress, but when it went online, her picture was morphed to show her in a white two-piece bikini.
The superimposed version, which was widely circulated on the web, shocked Sonakshi, and she lashed out at a popular publication that spoke of her bold stint: “Got the fact that I’m on Maxim right, but the figure (pun intended) completely wrong! Would’ve been smart if they checked out the magazine before writing what they felt like.”
